Thank you for shopping with us! Every item we sell is made especially for you after you place your order. Because our products are custom-made through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, we have a different return policy than traditional retailers.
We believe in being transparent so you know exactly what to expect before making a purchase.
Eligible Returns
We gladly replace or refund products that are:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrect due to a fulfillment error
If your order qualifies under one of these conditions, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
If your package is lost in transit, you must notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner.
How to Start a Return or Claim
To begin a return or replacement request, please contact us through our Shopify Contact page or by email.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or printing error (if applicable)
Providing complete information helps us resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
We will review your request and keep you informed throughout the process. If additional information is needed, we will contact you promptly.
If Your Claim Is Approved
If your claim is approved because the item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or was lost in transit, we will, at our discretion:
- Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
You will not be responsible for return shipping costs when the error is determined to be ours or our fulfillment partner's.
Returns We Cannot Accept
Because every product is made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer's remorse
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong color
- Changing your mind after purchase
- Accidental orders
- Incorrect shipping information entered during checkout
- Minor variations in print placement
- Slight color differences caused by monitor or device settings
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Sizing Information
Each product includes a size guide to help you choose the correct fit. Since every item is custom produced, we cannot exchange products because an incorrect size was ordered.
If you have questions about sizing before ordering, please contact us - we're happy to help.
Order Cancellations
Orders enter production soon after they are placed. Cancellation requests can only be honored if production has not yet begun.
Once production starts, your order cannot be canceled because it is already being custom manufactured.
Return Shipping
If a return is required due to a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, we will provide instructions after your claim has been reviewed.
Please do not send products back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
Return Status Updates
We strive to keep you informed throughout the return or replacement process. You'll receive updates as your claim is reviewed and when a replacement or refund has been approved and processed.
