Thank you for shopping with us! Every item in our store is custom-made especially for you after you place your order. Because of this, our shipping process is different from retailers that ship products from existing inventory.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, it is sent to our fulfillment partner for production.
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before they are shipped. During busy seasons or periods of high order volume, production may take longer.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Shipping Times
After production is complete, your order is shipped using one of our shipping carriers.
Estimated shipping times within the United States are generally:
- Standard Shipping: Approximately 3–7 business days after your order has been fulfilled.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
Total Delivery Time
Your total delivery time is the combination of:
- Production time (typically 2–5 business days)
- Shipping time (typically 3–7 business days)
Most U.S. customers receive their orders within 5–12 business days, although delivery times may vary.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after your package has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout unless a product is advertised with free shipping.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, no additional shipping charge will be added at checkout.
Multiple Items
Because our products are produced in different fulfillment facilities, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Carrier delays
- High shipping volumes
- Customs inspections (for international orders)
- Natural disasters
- Other unforeseen events
We appreciate your patience if these situations occur.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to update it.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost Packages
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or your product is defective or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the damage or defect
If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
International Shipping
International shipping availability depends on your store's shipping settings.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
